Well we have certainly seen death on that scale from things like war.

We haven’t seen death on this scale since the 25 million lives stolen by the black death plague between 1346 and1352. If the current pandemic doesn’t match the black plague, global warming will, and then some.

Well we have certainly seen death on that scale from things like war. But even in terms of diseases, didn’t the flu of 1918 kill a lot more people than that?
