I agree, the idea of hell is extremely harmful, especially for children. I've seen so many people say exactly what you're saying... they suffer nightmares and trauma for many years even after deconversion.

I agree that infinite peace and quietude is a blessing compared to hell. But I still feel sad about what it means to face the end. I think the dying process must be a fascinating experience, though, and I think what makes me even more sad is the idea of missing out on that somehow, like if I died while under general anesthesia.
